What Makes Us Unique:

Unlike a regular smichah program, Yeshivas Beis Menachem Mendel focuses more on the quality of learning than the quantity. Yeshiva 2009Bochurim have come to appreciate and enjoy the style of learning at Beis Menachem Mendel where the thoroughness in which the material is learned gives the bochurim a real appreciation and enjoyment of learning Aliba D’hilchasa.

Our Method of Learning:

Our derech halimud is based on the Kuntres Aitz Chayim of the Rebbe Rashab. Each and every sugya is learned with the Gemara, Rashi, Tosfos, Rishonim, Bais Yosef and then Shulchan Aruch, Shach, Taz, etc.

There are shiurim in additional areas of halachah l’maaseh including an overview of Kiddushin, Gittin, Geirus, Eiruvin, Ribbis, Mikvaos, etc.

He received smichah from many leading Rabbanim and is the Rav and spiritual leader of Anash of Beis Menachem Mendel of Flatbush. In addition to the shiurim he gives, he also involves the bochurim in practical issues of halachah through his community work.

Harav Baruch Mordechai Lipskier: Our Mashgiach/Meishiv is on hand to assist bochurim by answering questions and learning with them one on one. His thorough shiurim help the bochurim understand the material being learnt. He has several years of experience in teaching sugyos in Yora De’ah specifically, and in guiding bochurim on a personal level as well.

This atmosphere is condusive for learning and provides a bochur with a warm cohesive home away from home. Bochurim have the chance, to interact and learn with bale baatim, eat at their homes and give optional shiurim, on a regular basis.

Location:

We are located on a wide leafy street, on a beautiful, oversized property in every sense an oasis, from the hustle and bustle of Brooklyn. Located at 1000 East 17th Street in Flatbush, only twenty minutes from Crown Heights and thirty minutes from the Ohel put Beis Menachem Mendel in the ideal location.

Tuition:

Annual tuition is $7,000. Limited scholarships are available upon request for suitable bochurim.
